Our Office
Our head office is based in Worsley, Greater Manchester, England. From here our team of dedicated staff receive orders from all over the "WORLD", and process these orders under professional supervision.
We make sure that a qualified optician analyses every order that we receive. In fact, when you phone us you might even be talking to one.
We stock all our frames at our own storage depot, where we currently hold thousands of latest style frames.
All our orders are processed in house and the invoicing/ordering process is done via the latest secure computer technology. Our online payment system is handled by SECpay.com and Alliance + Leicester commercial bank plc. SECPay are approved by UK/Worldwide Banks for the processing and clearing of Credit and Debit card transactions. Only the highest standards of encryption are used to ensure that your details are not available in a form where they can be misused.
All our lenses/frames are supplied "DIRECTLY" by only the selected industry leading optical manufacturers who also supply the same frames/lenses to many of the high street opticians.
We source our High Quality frames "DIRECTLY" from our manufacturers/distributors. Thereby, we transfer these savings to our customers by offering High Quality complete glasses including single vision lenses from £15.00, which normally retail in high street opticians for £100+.

Our Logistics-Team send out all the orders, making sure your glasses arrive in your letterbox as quickly as possible.

Our experienced team of Lab technicians glaze and process each order with the same type of Lenses and glazing mthods used in your local Opticians. All glazing is carried out in England, U.K.
